Silicon carbide has excellent wear resistance and is widely used in the preparation of abrasive products. 

It can be widely used for sandblasting passivation of marble, granite, titanium alloy, and copper alloy. The typical use is for edge passivation of tungsten carbide carbide. Silicon carbide powder is used in double-sided grinders to grind alloys and ceramic products with water to achieve ideal surface roughness. In addition, silicon carbide, as the grinding medium of a rolling grinder, can work with grinding stones or walnut sand to deburr and polish stainless steel, alloy, and jade workpieces.
