Features and advantages
The size of the heat exchange tube of the silicon carbide tube bundle block can be customized according to customer needs, usually OD8-ID6mm.
The space between the heat exchange tubes of the silicon carbide tube bundle block is 2-4mm.
Silicon carbide tube bundle has a comprehensive corrosion resistance, can be used in sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, hydrofluoric acid and various mixed acids, life is much higher than graphite and metal materials.
The silicon carbide tube bundle block can withstand the water pressure of 30BAR and the temperature of 300℃ or more.
The heat transfer efficiency of the silicon carbide tube bundle heat exchanger is more than 2 times that of the general tube or block hole heat exchanger.
Silicon carbide tube bundle blocks are manufactured for strict size, water pressure resistance and surface fluorescent penetration testing. -
